NPFL fine Kano Pillars N9 million, ousted to Abuja

The League Management Company (LMC) has brought the pain on Kano Pillars following the terrible scenes that resulted during their Nigeria Professional Football League Matchday 23 conflict with Kastina United on Saturday.

Kanu pillars, who were simply getting back to the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano in over a year, were held to an infertile draw by Katsina United. The fans, irritated by the outcome, went to viciousness and harmed properties at the stadium including the transport of the visitors.
